Josh Smith is our Chief Operating Officer and has been working on the team since 2015. He enjoys the outdoors and cooking.

Janessa, our Vice President of Innovation, has been a part of Hot Frog Print & Media for over a decade. In just four years, she has earned more than nine awards for her website design.

Dewi lives in Dillsburg with her husband Jim and has 2 children. Her hobbies consist of anything that sounds like fun, shopping, traveling, reading & motorcycle riding. Just remember, look at each day as a new opportunity to be your very best.

Stephanie Bender is a Creative Director, Graphic Artist, and a Pre-press troubleshooter. She has been working at Hot Fring since 2014 and is a dedicated mom who loves going for walks and hikes.

Jake is a Bindery Operator and has been with the team at Hot Frog since 2019. He’s reliable and has experience in multiple areas of product processing and fulfillment. In his off-hours, he enjoys hunting and fishing with his family.

Mike Dalton is our Direct Mail Manager and has been on the Hot Frog team since 2016. He’s dependable, confident, adaptable, and loves helping clients.

Wayde Spangler is our Warehouse Manager. He has been working for Hot Frog since 2010 and is a consistent, high-quality working individual who loves success and time with his family.

Justin has been Hot Frog's Project Coordinator since February 2025, based in Shamokin Dam. He leads the apparel division and contributes to Hot Frog's growth in North Central PA. A Keuka College graduate with an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, Justin also served as Chairman for the RBI Roulette Project, supporting youth sports. A Buffalo Bills fan, he enjoys music, drumming, cooking, and coaching youth baseball and football.
